Why this campaign exists为什么发起这场行动

The prosperity of the tea industry should not rest on the poverty of the women who pick the leaf. Behind every cup there should be a worker who is paid fairly, insured against injury and recognized for her skill.茶产业的繁荣，不应建立在采茶女工的贫困之上。每一杯茶的背后，都应当是一位获得公平报酬、享有工伤保障、技艺受到承认的劳动者。

How we work我们怎么做

We start from research, turn it into specific policy proposals, and use film, art and a public petition to bring those proposals to the people who can act on them: agriculture and labor agencies, and the companies that buy the tea.我们从研究出发，将其转化为具体的政策建议，再通过影像、艺术与公开联名，把这些建议带到有能力行动的人面前：农业与劳动部门，以及收购茶叶的企业。
